City of Kingston Recreation and Leisure

The SPARK program provides assistance for city-run recreation and leisure memberships, programs, camps, classes, and fees. To access SPARK, apply through the Municipal Fee Assistance Program. Fill out the form and attend a drop-in session at Housing and Social Services (362 Montreal St.) Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 4:00pm (5:00pm on Tuesdays).
