Town Homes Kingston

Town Homes owns and manages 397 apartments and townhouse units at several locations in Kingston. Some units are available as rent-geared-to-income. Applications for these units must be completed through the City of Kingston’s Social Housing Registry and, if deemed eligible to receive a rent subsidy, are placed onto a centralized waiting list until a unit becomes available.
